Sandra Bullock and Bryan Randall 'exchanged vows' in an intimate beach ceremony before his ALS diagnosis, it has been reported.

Bryan sadly passed away over the weekend, aged just 47, after losing a secret three-year battle with the neurological disease, which affects motor neurons.

According to MailOnline, the couple made vows to each other on the beach in the Bahamas in 2017 – a non-legally-binding ceremony – three years before his devastating diagnosis, which eventually claimed his life in early August.

In a video obtained by the publication, the pair could be seen enjoying a dance as they held each other tightly, with their love plain to see.

The Proposal actress Sandra, 59, could be seen dressed in a long blue and white kaftan and a simple pair of black flip flops.

Her dark hair was tied into two braids, and she sweetly rested her head on Bryan's collarbone as she nuzzled into his neck and let him lead her round in circles as they danced.

Bryan wore a white button-up shirt, shorts, flip flops and a baseball cap as he leaned his head down toward Sandra.

A source told MailOnline: "They really did this for the children, to kind of seal the deal and show them this was a forever thing. After the ceremony Louis, 13, and Laila, 11, started calling Bryan dad."

OK! has contacted Sandra's reps for comment.

Louis and Laila are Sandra's adoptive children, whilst Bryan was a father to a 29 year old daughter, Skylar Staten Randall, from a previous relationship.

Sandra and Bryan first met when he photographed her son Louis's birthday in January 2015 and later that year made their relationship public, including an appearance together at Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's wedding in August.

Sandra adopted two children, Louis in 2010 and Laila in 2015 and raised them as a single parent until she met Bryan.

During an episode of chat show Red Table Talk, Sandra revealed that she was already in the process of adopting Laila when she met Bryan.

At the time the star-studded actress said: "I had Louis first. Then when I met him, we hadn't been together that long and I said, 'Remember that NDA you signed when you photographed my son? You know that still holds … because I'm bringing home a child when I come back from Toronto'".

Sandra said Bryan was both "happy" and "scared" when she told him that she was adopting a second child.

She also discussed marriage while on the chat show and said: "I found the love of my life. We share two beautiful children – three children, (Randall's) older daughter. It's the best thing ever."

Sandra and Bryan's family announced the shock news of his death on August 7 with a statement.

It read: "It is with great sadness that we share that on Aug. 5, Bryan Randall passed away peacefully after a three-year battle with ALS.

"Bryan chose early to keep his journey with ALS private and those of us who cared for him did our best to honour his request."

Prior to her relationship with Bryan, Sandra had been married to Jesse James, who she divorced in 2010 after he was unfaithful numerous times.
