The 29 year old received several responses from her fans, but the vote was split as some thought the unborn child looked like it's mum, and some said it's dad.

One fan said: "Georgia this baby is ur double!!!" with heart eyes emojis and blowing a kiss emoji.

A second agreed: "Aww so sweet. Looks like you."

Another Instagram user thought the baby favoured Tommy, writing: "He will look like Tommy xx."

"Really mixed comments about who the baby looks like, a lot of people are saying me, a lot of people are saying Tommy.

"I think the baby is definitely a mix between both of us, literally a mix which is so mad."

The mum-to-be, who showed off her kitchen transformation, continued: "Regarding the diabetes test, I was so worried last week, just like anxious or whatever.

"I went to see a second opinion today which is my good friend who is a doctor and a midwife, and she did all my scans, rescanned me and said that her opinion is the baby's fine and that the belly was all good, and she didn't need to give me the blood test," Georgia explained.
