According to him, Mahesh Babu takes care of his body 365 days in the year and never misses a workout. He never misses his gym sessions throughout the year. Coming to his diet, Mahesh Babu eats in five small portions everyday. He takes oats, eggs, fruits and nuts in his breakfast.

Mahesh Babu starts his day with a breakfast that has a good mix of all the important macronutrients required by the body. For lunch, he takes brown rice or quinoa along with a small portion of fish and chicken or mutton. For Dinner, Mahesh Babu takes brown bread and eggs. Mahesh Babu eats five to six meals a day.
