James Haskell has proudly shown off the jaw dropping results of his post-jungle body.
The 34 year old took to Instagram to share an image of himself in next to no clothes, flaunting almost every inch of his ripped physique.
Rugby player James took to the I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! jungle late last year, with him struggling with the sizes of the food rations due to his sportsman build.
But it seems he has been working hard since being eliminated from the outback to regain his figure, sharing the new image of his trim figure and rippling abs with his 516,000 followers.

Chloe Madeley's husband posed in nothing but a pair of tight red swimming trunks with a blue and white square design as he took the shot in a mirror.
Fans flocked to the comments section of the upload to compliment the star on his body.
One wrote: "Looking fantastic mate all the best for 2020," as a second added: "Do you even lift? Joking, great stuff man."
A third flustered fan joked: "I need to be in that jungle cold shower right now after seeing this."
Another tagged James' wife in their comment, writing: "@madeleychloe I actually dont know who is luckier you or her crazy gains [sic]"

James was surviving on as little as 250 calories a day during his time Down Under, a stark contrast from the 4,000 he was used to.
He told The Sun upon his elimination: "I was so hungry. I was unable to get off my bed and move.
"I had physical ailments from where I went from 4,000 calories to 250 calories. That is starvation. That was the biggest shock.

"I had nothing in my legs. I've never had a panic attack before. It felt like I'd done leg weights or 100 hill sprints and I'd get up and go dizzy. I'd have to hold on to the tree and hold myself up. I'd walk 25 steps and be heavy breathing."
James went on to reveal that he lost a total of two stone during his 18 days in the jungle.
"I did feel personally handicapped. I was starving," he explained. "I realise I'm from a very privileged life but there were moments where I was like, 'This is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do'."
