Bigg Boss 14 is picking up pace. One of the freshers this year is Jaan Kumar Sanu. He is the son of singer Kumar Sanu. On the show, people are seeing how attracted Jaan Kumar Sanu is towards the belle of the game, Nikki Tamboli. BollywoodLife spoke to Jaan’s mom Rita Bhattacharya about the same. In an EXCLUSIVE conversation, she said, “I am seeing it, and I find it enjoyable. He is just having fun. Jaan is not a boy who will fall in love in 10 days. On the show, he said that he believes in one true love. He will follow my footsteps in matters of the heart.”

The lady also said that she is a huge fan of the show. “Jaan and I love Bigg Boss. As a TV audience, I enjoy non-fiction shows like Bigg Boss, Khatron Ke Khiladi and Kaun Banega Crorepati more. He would always talk about the show. When he said that he has been offered the show, it was like a dream come true for him. Jaan is just like what you people are seeing on the show. He is friendly, and not does pick up fights at the drop of a hat. Jaan is very composed as a person.”

Given the fact that Bigg Boss is a tough place, did she have some reservations? “Yes, I was worried. He has never lived away like this. But then, I wanted him to live his dream,” she says. On the show, we are seeing a bond between Sidharth Shukla and him. “He sees him like an elder brother. Sidharth Shukla has been guiding him. I am enjoying seeing them together. When I see Jaan feeling happy after seeing Sidharth appreciating him, I feel he is living his moments. Sid is one of my fave contestants.”

Rita Bhattacharya also knows that a lot of focus comes on contestants after they take part in Bigg Boss. “See, there is nothing to hide. Kumar Sanu’s life is an open book. We have been separated for a long time now. Jaan knows how to handle it,” she says. Lastly, the young man has been nominated for elimination. His mom tells us, “For me he is a winner. I do not care if he evicted this week or stays put in the house. This is just a start for him.”
